• AI Outputs are not reviewed by a human before being delivered to you and should not be relied upon as authoritative, factual, legally accurate, or complete without independent verification
• Identical or substantially similar outputs may be generated for different users using similar or identical inputs — AI Outputs do not constitute unique creative works solely attributable to you
• AI-generated captions and transcripts may misrepresent spoken words, omit material, or introduce errors, particularly in connection with accents, technical terminology, proper nouns, background noise, or overlapping speech
• AI-generated clip selections are based on algorithmic analysis and may not reflect your editorial intent, accurately capture the most important moments, or be suitable for your specific commercial purpose

3Video URL Import Disclaimer

• Zazu is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party video platform from which content may be imported

4Intellectual Property and Copyright Disclaimer

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licences, consents, and permissions to upload, import, and process any content using the Platform. In particular:

Zazu accepts no responsibility for intellectual property infringement arising from content you upload, import, process, or distribute using the Platform.

5No Professional or Expert Advice

Nothing on zazu.video, including any AI-generated output, constitutes legal, financial, medical, regulatory, journalistic, scientific, educational, or any other form of professional advice. The Platform is a creative and productivity tool only. In particular:

6Prohibited Use — Deepfakes and Synthetic Media

• Deepfakes or synthetic media that falsely depict a real person without their explicit, informed, and verifiable consent
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or any sexually explicit synthetic content depicting real individuals
